    You have access to the upadtes for one year from the purchase date. Then you will need to rebuy a licence.
    Regardless of whether you have support or not:

    • When we release an update, it will be available for you to download for free

    • You can expect us to keep the item in good working order, working as described and protected against major security issues
  • How does this plugin work?

    The plugin adds new features directly in your Divi website. You must be using the Divi Theme or a Divi Child Theme. It doesn't work if you have only installed the Divi Builder Plugin. Please check out our documentation page for more info on all the features.

    This issue can be caused by several things, different actions can resolve the situation :
